From start to handover in 3 working days
The delivery clock starts once payment is received, your intake form is complete and the content, assets and access listed below have been supplied. Approvals and verification controlled by third parties (for example Google, Meta, domain registrars or payment providers) follow those providers’ own timelines.

You share domain access, the list of users and any existing mail to migrate.

Platform and DNS
We create the tenant, verify the domain and configure MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Users and inboxes
Mailboxes, aliases, shared inboxes, calendars and signatures are created and tested.
- Day 3
Migration and handover
Existing mail is migrated, deliverability is tested and you receive the account register and walkthrough.

Once you start, you receive a short intake form. Delivery runs on schedule when these are ready:
- Access to your domain registrar or DNS provider
- List of users with names, roles and required addresses
- Choice or approval of platform and licence plan
- A payment method on the platform account in your name
- Logins for existing mailboxes to migrate

Business Email & Communications Setup questions
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365: which is better?
Both are excellent. Google Workspace suits teams that work in the browser; Microsoft 365 suits teams that live in Word, Excel and Outlook. We recommend one during intake based on how you work.
Will I lose my existing emails?
No. Up to 3 existing mailboxes are migrated within the package, and more can be added. We plan the switch so no new mail is lost.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
They are DNS records that prove your emails are genuinely from your domain. Without them, your emails are more likely to land in spam or be spoofed.
How much do licences cost?
Licences are charged per user per month by Google or Microsoft. You pay them directly so the accounts stay in your control.
Can you add more users later?
Yes. The admin console is handed over to you, and additional setup is available under the Vault Systems Care Plan.
